She is passionate about assisting clients with navigating transitions, skill development, building confidence and cultivating a deep sense of self-awareness to progress their careers and personal development. Unlike many coaches, Liz integrates hands-on leadership experience and systems thinking from her engineering background to help clients create actionable roadmaps, with an approach clients describe as equal parts coach, strategist, and trusted confidante.
Before launching E.G. Insights, LLC, Liz was and Engineering and Program Management executive with a 25+ year career in the aerospace & defense industry. At Sikorsky, a Lockheed Martin Company, she most recently served as Director, Engineering Transformation & Performance, leading digital and business process innovation and implementation of transformation initiatives to enhance productivity and system integration. Previously, Liz held key leadership roles across multimillion-dollar government programs including Director of Enterprise Performance, Director of Systems Engineering, and Chief Engineer for both Army and Navy programs at Sikorsky, and Director of Military Engines Centers of Excellence at Pratt & Whitney.
In her corporate career, Liz focused on process and organizational development, systems integration, continuous improvement, and building diverse, high-performing teams to solve large cross-functional challenges. Liz’s strategic leadership, innovation and career achievements have earned her the Connecticut Technology Council’s Women of Innovation Award for Large Business Innovation and Leadership and the Society of Women Engineers’ Emerging Leader Award. Liz holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Trinity College, Hartford, is a Life Member of the Society of Women Engineers (SWE), and a past president of SWE Hartford.
