Liz Garypie, Owner of E.G. Insights, LLC, helps individuals and teams unlock their potential, navigate change and expand their impact through coaching focused on empowered growth and self-awareness. She is passionate about helping clients navigate career transitions, develop their skills, and cultivate a deep sense of self-awareness to progress their careers and personal development. Her approach to coaching is to tailor each interaction to the specific needs of the client, focusing on their goals, what is holding them back, and challenging their assumptions and biases to explore their experiences and development needs from multiple perspectives.

Prior to founding E.G. Insights, LLC, Liz was an Engineering and Program Management executive with over 25 years experience in the aerospace & defense industry. Most recently, Liz served as Director, Engineering Transformation & Performance at Sikorsky, a Lockheed Martin Company, where she provided leadership for critical efforts around digital and business process innovation, implementation of transformation initiatives, and integration of systems to drive productivity and efficiency. 

As a corporate executive, Liz’s focus was on process and organizational development, systems integration, continuous improvement and building diverse, high-performing teams to solve large cross-functional challenges. Her career achievements of delivering strategies to strengthen customer relationships, implement efficient business practices, improve quality and drive growth have been recognized with the Connecticut Technology Council’s Women of Innovation Award for Large Business Innovation and Leadership and the Society of Women Engineers’ Emerging Leader Award.
